Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

OVERVIEW

The Infxl Angle, available at angle.app.infxl.com and related infxl.com addresses (the “Site”), is operated by Infxl LLC. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Infxl LLC, and the “Service” means the Site, the briefs it produces, its emails, and every tool and feature it offers.

By using the Service, with or without an account, or by purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”), including the policies they refer to, such as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. New features and tools are also covered by these Terms.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in breach of any law that applies to you. A breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time.

All data is transmitted to and from the Site over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe and never reach our servers.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, its use, or access to it, or any content on the Site through which the Service is provided, without our express written permission. Briefs delivered to you are for your own internal business use.

The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect them.

SECTION 3 – THE SERVICE AND AI-GENERATED CONTENT

The Service’s briefs, company profiles and market maps are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) from publicly available third-party web sources, including news found through Google Search and other search providers. We do not write, control or endorse those sources.

AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It can misdate a story, attribute it to the wrong company, or misjudge its significance. The recommendations in a brief are general business commentary, not financial, investment, legal or other professional advice. Verify information against the original coverage before relying on it, and do not make decisions on the basis of the Service alone. Any reliance on it is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that a brief will contain any particular number of items, or that it will report every relevant development. A brief may be short, or report little, when little of consequence was published.

SECTION 4 – PLANS, USAGE LIMITS AND THE FREE PLAN

Each plan includes a set number of active trackers, a weekly number of scheduled briefs, and an allowance of on-demand briefs, as shown on our pricing page and in the app. Signed-out (guest) use is limited and rate-limited. We may change these limits, and we may apply further limits to protect the Service from abuse or excessive load.

The Free plan delivers scheduled briefs in one-month periods that you start from your dashboard and can renew as often as you like. Scheduled delivery pauses when a period ends, and we email you a few days beforehand. Trackers on a lapsed Free plan are kept while paused but are deleted automatically about 90 days after the period ends unless you renew. Briefs are delivered on the days, at the time and in the timezone you choose, but we do not guarantee delivery at an exact time.

SECTION 5 – CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

We may change prices, plans and features, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it. A price change to an existing paid subscription takes effect from your next renewal, and annual subscribers receive an email before renewal stating the amount.

We may limit the Service to particular regions or jurisdictions, and any offer is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations or that every error will be corrected.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

SECTION 6 – BILLING, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in US dollars, by card through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

Upgrades: An upgrade takes effect immediately, and you are charged at once for the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period.

Downgrades and billing-cycle changes: These also take effect immediately. The unused value of your previous plan becomes account credit, which is applied automatically to your future invoices. Account credit is not cash, cannot be transferred, does not expire, and is limited to the amount you have actually paid. Downgrades and switches between monthly and annual billing are limited to one every 30 days. If a downgrade leaves you with more trackers than your new plan allows, the extra trackers are paused. You are shown the amount before you confirm any change.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from Manage Subscription or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancelling turns off renewal: you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan. You can undo a cancellation before that date. Cancellation is never restricted, whatever the state of your payments.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and your plan keeps working during the retries. If the retries do not succeed, the subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan.

Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused service. This does not limit any statutory right you have to withdraw from an online purchase, including in the EU, EEA and UK; contact us within the period that applies to you and we will refund to your original card, less the value of service already provided. If we charge you in error, we will correct it. If you hold account credit and ask us before deleting your account, we will refund the remaining balance to your original card. Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately, without refund.

SECTION 7 – EMAIL DELIVERY AND RECIPIENTS

You may send briefs only to email addresses whose owners have agreed to receive them, such as your own or your colleagues’. Every brief email lets the recipient unsubscribe, and we stop sending to any address that unsubscribes, bounces permanently or reports our email as spam. We may suspend delivery from an account whose emails generate complaints or bounces.

SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account and billing information and to keep it up to date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We may refuse or cancel an order, and may limit purchases per person or per account, at our discretion; if we do, we will try to notify you using the contact details on your account.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide such tools “as is” and “as available”, without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement, and we have no liability arising from your use of them. Your use of optional tools is at your own risk, under the terms of the relevant third-party provider.

SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT

Briefs summarise, and link or point to, coverage published by third parties that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating that content or its accuracy, and we do not warrant and are not liable for any third-party material, website, product or service. Review a third party’s policies before you engage with it, and direct complaints about third-party content to that third party.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you send us ideas, suggestions, proposals or other feedback, whether through the Site, by email or otherwise, you agree that we may use them in any way, without restriction and without obligation to keep them confidential, to pay compensation, or to respond.

You agree that anything you submit, including support messages and notes added to shared briefs, will not violate any third party’s rights, will not be unlawful, abusive or obscene, and will not contain malware. You may not use a false email address, impersonate anyone, or mislead us or others about the origin of a submission. You are solely responsible for what you submit.

SECTION 12 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 13 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Information on the Site or in the Service may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including in descriptions, pricing, promotions and availability. We may correct them, and change or update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice, including after you have placed an order.

We have no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service, including pricing, except as required by law.

SECTION 14 – PROHIBITED USES

In addition to the other prohibitions in these Terms, you may not use the Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or take part in unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, state, provincial or local law or regulation; (d) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features or usage limits of the Service, for example by creating multiple accounts to exceed plan limits; or (l) to send briefs to people who have not agreed to receive them. We may terminate your use of the Service for violating any of these prohibitions.

SECTION 15 – REVERSE ENGINEERING AND AUTOMATED ACCESS

You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service. Automated access, including bots, scrapers, crawlers and spiders used to index or extract data from the Service, is forbidden without our specific written authorisation, except through an interface or API that we provide for that purpose and under its terms.

SECTION 16 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products and services delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall Infxl LLC, our directors, members, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Infxl LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be treated as severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

SECTION 19 – TERMINATION

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or by us. You may end them at any time by deleting your account from Settings & Privacy, or by ceasing to use the Service.

If, in our reasonable judgement, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice. You remain liable for any amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

SECTION 20 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision.

These Terms and any policies or operating rules we post on the Site or in respect of the Service form the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, oral or written, including prior versions of these Terms.

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms, and any separate agreements under which we provide you the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

SECTION 22 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page; the date at the top shows when they last changed.

We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting the changes on the Site. If a change materially affects paid subscribers, we will take reasonable steps to let them know before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept them.

SECTION 23 – CONTACT INFORMATION

Questions about these Terms should be sent to support.angle@infxl.com.
